Can I Name My Points What I Want?

Yes you can! You can name the points currency to match your brand and program. You don’t even have to call them points at all. You can call them bucks, pounds, balloons; anything you want! You can even choose to display them as store credit.

What Happens if I Cancel?

We would be upset, but we do understand. When you cancel your Sweet Tooth account we will stop billing at that date. This means that you will not billed for the next month’s payment. A refund will only be issued during the first month of service for technical issues, please see our “Terms of Service” for details.

What Currency am I Billed In?

You will be billed in American dollars ($USD)

Can I Install It Myself?

Yes, you absolutely can! After you sign up we’ll send you a link to our installation guides. If you need help installing, we can help you out too. Our Small Business Plan comes with free installation.

Can I Use Sweet Tooth On A Development Environment After I Purchase?

Yes. Every Sweet Tooth plan comes with a “live” version and a “development” or “staging” version. This way you can install Sweet Tooth on a test/development/staging server without affecting your analytics or transaction limit.

Do I Need A New Sweet Tooth Subscription For Each Store?

No you do not need a new subscription. Your Sweet Tooth subscription works for unlimited stores on the same account.

What Types of Payment Are Accepted?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Amex. For Enterprise or Enterprise Plus accounts we can arrange for bank wires. Unfortunately, IOUs will not be accepted.

Can I Move Up & Down Plans?

You can move up and down plans. As long as you meet the transaction requirements for the plan you wish to switch to.
