Manage Point Transfers
- Through the Manage Transfers Section you can manually change the number of points that the customer has.
- Create manual point transfers
If there was some sort of error due to an unnatural points transfer, you can transfer points the customer to even things out.
- Transfer points to a group of customers by their common properties with a few clicks!
Transfer points to customer instantly based on:
- Customer group
- Country
- Province/State
- Customer sign-up date; the date when the customer originally registered to your store.
- Website joined (if you are managing multiple websites with one Magento installation)
- Easily Mass approve point transfers
- Points are automatically approved if configuration option is set for this.
Revoke/remove points from the customer
If the customer received some undeserved points, you can remove the points the customer earned for their order/review/tag/etc .
- Create transfers on the backend, adjusting customer points
- Review all rewards transfers
- Track customer's current points and transfers
