If you want a loyalty system this is the one. There are many, many options to customize the system, you can work with products, with cart, with user actions, and more, all is simple and intuitive, the code is perfectly integrated with Magento and really well done. Another thing to report about this module is the support; for my system configuration I had contact the support and I can tell that is top class, vote 10. The price of this module could seem a bit higher but if you consider the overall quality of that module I think that is very good.

Great extension, works fine in the outdoor store (http://sherpa.pl) we've made for a client. Sales increased significantly after installing the module (what made client and us happy :) ). We've had small issues with tax calculation but with great support from WDCA team we've fixed it quickly.

The support is awesome. The guys at WDCA are courteous, know their stuff and deliver. I have had all the help i needed even if it was something very basic. Recently, I had a complex rules issue which was not part of the support deal, but these guys went that extra mile to ensure that the rules worked properly. A lot of time was spent implementing and checking but never got any moans. The product is awesome too! I have dealt with many of the support team and must say that they are all good. Great extension. Great Support. Features of Sweet Tooth are mind-blowing as we all know but service is equally good. I installed Sweet Tooth in a custom theme and was facing some issues with Js and Css. WDCA stepped in and found all the issues and helped in solving all of them. Been using this for a while, it's a pricey investment, but they've been great support in getting it running, and it has turned into one of the biggest differentiators as a company. May not be right for every business, but certainly worth considering, and among points modules, it's hands down the best. So if you go with points, I'd say go here.

I have to say that their support is not just fantastic, it is unbelievable in this day and age. Last night late I found a major display problem. And it wasn't even a Sweet Tooth problem. It was another extension causing a conflict. But Kopila fixed it for me on the test site, sent me a screenshot for proof, and then gave me the step by step fix so I could reproduce it if and when I needed to on the production site. Unbelievable right? These guys are not usual.Just remembered another issue, and so had to share it. Not a huge one, but an annoying one on the admin side. I reported it and again got rapid response. All of the info was gathered, and a fixed update was rolled out available for all users within 48 hours. Pretty amazing stuff. Keep up the good work!

Within minutes I had response from the support team asking for additional information. Less than an hour later, they had solved it for me and also discovered that another extension conflicted with Sweet Tooth. We have a very heavily edited Magento 1.4.2 version with loads of customisation, it took a lot of work to get Sweet Tooth working without conflicts.
