What is a points-related transaction?
A point-related transaction is any time points are earned by a customer, or spent by a customer. For example, if a customer places an order and earns points, this counts as ONE (1) points transaction. It does not matter how many points they are earning or spending.
What happens if I go over my limit?
If you go over your limit you will be automatically upgraded into the next available package. We do this so that there is no interruption in your loyalty program, and you can continue building customer loyalty.
Do I need a new Sweet Tooth subscription for each store?
No you do not need a new subscription as long as the stores are on the same Magento installation. Your Sweet Tooth subscription works for unlimited stores on the same Magento installation.
About The Free Trials
Can you explain how the free trials work?
Sure, its simple. Within the first 15 or 30 days of signing up for a paying plan you won't be charged if you decide to cancel! If you choose to cancel your account in the future however, you will be responsible for charges incurred up until your cancellation.
Do you issue refunds?
Refunds can not be issued after your trial is over and we do not prorate for partial months. We're always happy to help with any account upgrades or downgrades that your business requires, though!
Can I change plans at any time I want?
Yes you can, just go to the Settings tab (the icon that looks like a gear) when you log-in and you will see the various options. You can also get in touch with our team at any point, too.

Q: Can I name the points whatever I want?
Yes you can! You can name the points to match your brand and program. You don't even have to call them points and you don't even have to use a numeric count. For example, you can do any of the following: 10 Points, 10 Sweet Points, 10 Sweeties, Ten Points, 10 Tokens, 10 Badges - the possibilities are endless!

Q: What types of payment are accepted?
We currently accept Mastercard and Visa only for now. Sorry American Express users, we’ll be supporting you sometime soon! If you need an invoice feel free to contact us.
Q: What is 'points-only products capability'?
This exclusive feature allows your store to offer products that can only be purchased with points. This is really effective as a motivator for your customers to purchase.
Q: Can I use Sweet Tooth on a development environment after I purchase?
Absolutely! You can install Sweet Tooth on up to two development environments in addition to your production store.
Q: Do I need to enter my domain when purchasing?
You do not need to specify your domain(s) when purchasing. Our software will automatically bind to your Magento web-store after you install it for the first time. Development domains don't need to be registered either.
