It's really a rare thing to contact customer support for an extension when you have a problem, and they get it fixed on their very first suggestion, but that's what Sweet Tooth just did for me! They really do have A+ customer service and tech support. What would have taken me days to figure out, they solved in a matter of hours! Thanks again!

Great extension, works fine in the outdoor store (http://sherpa.pl) we've made for a client. Sales increased significantly after installing the module (what made client and us happy :) ). If you want a loyalty system this is the one. There are many, many options to customize the system, you can work with products, with cart, with user actions, and more, all is simple and intuitive, the code is perfectly integrated with Magento and really well done. Another thing to report about this module is the support; for my system configuration I had contact the support and I can tell that is top class, vote 10. The price of this module could seem a bit higher but if you consider the overall quality of that module I think that is very good.

The module has incredible flexibility and can be configured to suit a wide variety of uses from straight forward points awarded for purchases to some more interesting uses like awarding points for product reviews (very good for SEO and consumer product endorsements) by making use of behavior rules. We're full time Magento developers... I've seen the code and it's well worth the price.
