Jay El-Kaake Chief Executive Officer
Jay's first entrepreneurial adventure started at the age of 10 when he developed, launched and monetized his first website. Now as Co-founder/CEO at Sweet Tooth, Jay raised 2.3mil in funding and led the company to where it is now. Jay is also Founder/CEO of Better Store Search and attended University of Waterloo for Software Engineering.
Mike Rossi VP Business Development
Mike has been with Sweet Tooth since its inception, and heads up our Sales & Marketing teams. Mike has a degree in Physics from the University of Waterloo, a pilot's license and an instructor rating. Mike spends his free time playing soccer and squash.
Mohsen Hadianfard Director of Client Relations
Mohsen’s job is to listen to our customers and make things happen behind the scenes. His personal mission is to make you smile every time you deal with Sweet Tooth. He describes himself as “a software engineer with a passion for people.” His life goal is to close the gap between humans and machines.
Mohsen is one of Sweet Tooth’s co-founders, and has loved every second of his work. His correspondences showcase his unique mix of technical savvy, personal care, and attention to detail. He’ll solve any problem in short order, all the time wearing a smile.

Bill Curtis Director of Engineering
Soccer, software, coffee: Bill Curtis in three words. He’s developed exciting new ways to enjoy all three at once.
Despite his management role, Bill is always in the scrum with his fellow developers, producing new content daily. His excitement during new product launches is infectious and puts the whole development team into overdrive.
When he’s not talking about the results of his last hackathon, Bill is telling you why Spanish soccer is the best there is, all while on a walk to the coffee maker.

Walter Huber Chief Financial Officer
Walter thrives in start-up environments. He’s worked at OpenText, HP, and NCR, but finds the excitement and flexibility of young companies rewarding.
Walt is a family man; he’s married to his soul mate Bev and is father to his two daughters Leah & Gillian. Walt is always accompanied by his miniature poodle/wheater terrier, Molly.
Walt loves travelling, and in his spare time goes wilderness hiking, mountain biking, and exploring his love of photography. He’s also a bit of a gourmand, with a love for cooking and wine.

Steve Deckert Marketing Manager & Rewards Specialist
Steve’s been involved in the eCommerce community since 2007. In 2009 he helped envision and develop Sweet Tooth. Steve is responsible for naming Sweet Tooth.
Steve has spent at least 10 000 hours marketing through social media, which some say qualify him as an expert. He’s always on the lookout for new ways to connect people and loves working with people to craft interesting, valuable messages.
He’s a frequent guest writer for various eCommerce publications, and harbours strong opinions about cell phones and mobile carriers, which he’d be glad to talk to you about should you ask.

Sid holds a law degree, a masters in tax and an MBA in addition to the senior associate position at OMERS Ventures.
Sid advises the board on legal, tax and investor relations.

executing on Technology and Media oportunties with the 55-billion dollar backed investment firm.
